Art Week in NYC

I put on my walking boots over the weekend and headed to the Armory Show at Piers 92 and 94 on the Hudson River, Art on Paper at Pier 36 on the East River, Pulse on 18th Street and the Art Dealers Association of America at the Park Avenue Armory. There were other shows I didn't get to  during the busiest art week of the year in NYC, but I saw a good amount without brain overload! As usual the shows were buzzing with a colorful mix of artists, dealers, collectors, art lovers and casual observers. The beautiful, trendy, fashionable, grungy, preppy, wealthy and not so wealthy all enjoying the display of mostly contemporary and modern art. Here are my picks this year.
